Meet Jason Grimes

Hello my name is Jason Grimes and I am a Realtor at Southern Heritage Realty Inc. I am a lifetime resident of Winter Garden and I was born in the old Winter Garden hospital that was taken down. My great great grandfather was J. L. Dillard which the main street in Winter Garden (Dillard street) is named after along with other streets named after other family members as well as the elementary school.

 

My Grandfather Larry Grimes Was in Real Estate for 50 plus years and owned one of the first three Real Estate companies in Winter Garden. My mother and father were also Realtors so I have been around Real Estate my whole life. I have 2 beautiful children Hunter and Cheyenne who are now the new generation of Winter Garden natives.

 

I am very knowledgeable about the Orange and Lake county area and the surrounding area. I would love to help and be apart of any Real Estate needs you and your family might have and continue the tradition of my family helping other families.
